POLICIES

Deposits

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments and consultations.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-negotiable.

  • Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit.

​

Booking Time Fees

  • Makeup appointments before 7:00 AM or after 7:00 PM are subject to a $50 fee.

​

Travel Fees

  • All travel fees are based on UBER pricing.

  • Estimates NYC (5 borroughs) $65+ roundtrip

​

Late & Cancellation Policy 

​​

  • 30+ minutes late: $50 fee added to service

  • Repeated lateness may result in a permanent booking ban

  • Cancellations within 3 hours prior to appointment: $50 fee (non-refundable)

  • All fees must be paid upon receipt. Unpaid fees will result in a booking ban.​

  • 10 Minute grace period given for all virtual consultations. After grace period, consultation will be canceled.

​

Clients traveling to Pepper

  • Clients must arrive alone unless approved in advance.

  • Please arrive makeup-free with no skin treatments within 10 days.

  • Appointments cannot proceed if you have contagious skin conditions, infections, or are feeling unwell. Please reschedule if sick.

Clients Pepper Travels To

  • A proper station is required: cleared table 6ft x 2ft preferred, nearby outlet and working room for client and Pepper.

  • Travel appointments will not be accepted in buildings without a working elevator or lift.

​

On Set Experiences

Must be booked through the website unless established by Pepper

  • Half Day Rate:$650 Full Day rate $1200

  • Theft or damage of products/equipment requires replacement or compensation and may result in legal action and permanent booking ban.

General Policies

  • Pepper’s personal contact information or studio location may not be shared without written permission.

  • Clients grant permission for photos/video to be used for portfolio and promotional purposes.

  • Pepper follows professional sanitation standards and is not responsible for individual skin reactions.
